CAN YOU SHIP TO [COUNTRY]?
Yes, I ship everywhere.
If your country isn't listed, it is most likely a mistake on my end. Please let me know so I can look into adding it.
CAN I ADD SOMETHING TO AN ORDER I ALREADY PLACED?
Yes!
All you have to do is place another order. They will be automatically merged, and any excess shipping fees are refunded.
ORDER NEVER ARRIVED :(
If your order has not arrived 30 days after the delivery estimate, please email me at syd@shxtbox.com or use the contact form below so I can open an investigation or offer a replacement.

CUSTOMS DUTY INFORMATION
Shipments within Canada are Domestic.
Shipments to United States are Delivered Duty Paid.
Shipments Everywhere Else are Delivered Duty Unpaid.
If your country is part of The European Union, Please be aware of the €3 temporary customs duty that was introduced on 2026 July 1. View more information here.
The customer is responsible for paying these extra fees to receive the package. I do not offer refunds for rejected packages due to unpaid fees.
FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are shipped from Canada.
As this is a solo operation, I require 1-6days to fulfill your order.
This fulfillment time is not part of the delivery date estimate during your check-out.
Please take it into account on top of the delivery date estimate.

🇺🇸 United States: 4-8 business days
