If an item arrives damaged or defective, please use the contact form below or email me at syd@shxtbox.com within 30 days of purchase, for an exchange of the same item

CUSTOMS DUTY INFORMATION

All shipments to United States are Delivered Duty Paid.

All shipments everywhere else are Delivered Duty Unpaid.

If your country is part of The European Union, Please be aware of the €3 temporary customs duty that was introduced on 2026 July 1. View more information here.

The customer is responsible for paying these extra fees to receive the package. I do not offer refunds for rejected packages or unpaid fees.
